to our service (if you are using this site as an owner of a holiday rental
property who wishes to register or is already registered to advertise that
holiday rental property on our site) or at the time of posting any material on
our site or requesting further services via our site (whether you are using our
site as an interested traveller / potential renter of a holiday rental property
advertised on our site or as an owner of a holiday rental property who wishes to
register or is already registered to advertise that holiday rental property on
our site);
1.1.2
information that you provide to us [when you
enter any competition or promotion sponsored by
us or] when you report any problem with our site;
1.1.3
any records of any contact or correspondence that
we have with you;
1.1.4
your responses to any surveys that we ask you to
complete for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them;

advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and
patterns and does not identify any individual.

for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other

or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your

to those that were the subject of previous transactions [and/or related goods

If you have not previously entered into any
rental or other property-related transaction as a result of or in connection
with any visit to our site or are an owner of a holiday rental property but not
yet registered to advertise that holiday rental property on our site, and where
we permit selected third parties to use your data, we (or they) will contact you
by electronic means only if you have consented to this and provided us with your
relevant contact details.

If you do not want us to use your data in this
way, or to pass your details on to third parties for marketing purposes, please
tick the relevant box situated on the form on which we collect your data.

Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in
providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
