Overview

The farmhouse was restored in 1998 and transformed into 4 beautiful apartments of which this is one. 600 metres altitude, not far from Lucca, this stone farmhouse has fantastic views.

This apartment is on a lower level of the farmhouse and its access is from the garden on the right of the farmhouse down a short independent pathway that leads to its private, furnished terrace. Through a small open loggia, down one step is the apartment entrance. As the terrace is built into the hills overhang, it is protected by a wooden fence. The private entrance leads into the living/dining room with fireplace and sofa bed. In the dining area is the kitchen corner that is fully equipped with gas range, fridge and separate oven. In front of the kitchen, up a few steps, is a door to a small external horseshoe-shaped courtyard on the exact opposite side of the apartment with respect to its main entrance.
To the left of the kitchen, up one step, is a short hallway with a door to a single bedroom, and, up one step, at the end of the hallway is a bathroom with washbasin, wc, and shower niche. To the right of the fireplace, up four steps, an open passageway leads to another hallway with doors to a double bedroom, to a single bedroom and to a complete bathroom with shower. The double bedroom has glass panelled doors to the courtyard. The apartment is spacious and luminous.
